then write out which colors you would like, make sure to include the -category-so I know which one! Example: "Metallic green, ultra thin black, iridescent purple" etc. You will have the ability to write your desired colors after you add to cart
please understand that coils with "out of stock" on the image are currently out of stock. in the event that a color you selected is out of stock, you can save potential back and forth messaging to find your preferred replacement color by simply including a note at the end of your order with 1-3 of your preferred "back up option" colors.

Orders in the U.S.: I ship with USPS (unless you request and pay for UPS shipping, message me before you purchase for adjusted shipping cost) and as you may know, they are often slow and sometimes lose orders. I really wish I had a carrier pigeon instead of having to deal with the ups and downs of USPS but unfortunately I haven’t been able to find a cooperative pigeon. Please understand that I will do everything in my power to get your order dropped off asap, but USPS sometimes has delays, tracking sometimes stalls, and they sometimes lose packages entirely. Please be patient if tracking on their site is delayed for a day or two, usually it sorts itself out! In the event that tracking stops completely or never shows up in the system, send me a message and I will look into it and send you another order at my own expense if need be!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUT OF THE U.S. : Unfortunately shipping out of the US is SO expensive (anywhere from $15-25 per package, even for these tiny little coils!) So I have decided to offer the absolutely cheapest shipping option that is possible so people from other countries can still enjoy these coils without paying so much for shipping! That being said, it will be shipped with SNAIL MAIL (meaning there is absolutely NO TRACKING, just a stamped envelope) and because our postal service is even often taking a few weeks just to process and ship tracked orders within the U.S., you must understand that by choosing this $3 shipping option (worst case scenario) it could take a month or so (I have had customers say it took their package 2 weeks and some say 6-8 weeks in some cases!) to get to you, so only purchase if you have a lot of patience please!! and please understand that there is always the possibility that they could lose your envelope (as this possibility exists even with tracked packages too), but I have had success with this method so I continue to offer it to those who are willing to take the risk! Now, if you would like to purchase tracked shipping for your package that is TOTALLY fine and I recommend it if you can afford it. Trust your gut!
size NOTE : ONE hearing aid will generally require about a 1.5 - 1.75" coil . If you only have a device in ONE ear, select the "1 EAR" option. This will include 1 twist that is about 1.75" and it will cover only ONE device.
If you wear hearing aids in BOTH of your ears, please purchase "2 EARS." This will include enough twists to wrap 2 devices.
For application: Simply hook one end around your tube and twist it around until it is fully covered end to end. You may cut and trim the twist with a pair of scissors, according to your tube length and preference! I recommend trying it as a full length coverage end to end for a few days, see how it feels and if you get used to it that way, keep it that length! If you feel you don't want it all the way to the top, you can then trim a mm off. Just please note that if you trim it shorter than the full length of your tube, it will slide down and only leave the gap on the top of your hearing aid, on top of your ear. This is completely a preference thing, just be sure not to cut your device's cable!
If you would like to purchase a longer length, just message me before purchasing and I'd be more than happy to make a custom length for you! Or if the color you want is out, let me know and I'll see when I can get it back in stock!
